Title : PS HCM 9.2 Functional consultants (Core HR/Benefits module)
Locations : Portland, OR
Duration : Full Time/Permanent


He /She should have HCM PeopleSoft 9.2 experience required with end to end upgrade / implementation experience, solid understanding and work experience in mentioned modules (Core HR / NA Payroll
He /She should have - Fluency in English is a must - Lead all phases of the project’s functional track – Requirement gathering, Assessment, Fit-Gap, Keep-Drop, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training and Deployment - Provide best practice based inputs to clients on PeopleSoft HCM application and its utilization to meet business requirements
He / She should work with Technical team to explain the functional design and to clarify queries related to functionality & functional design Desired Skills: - Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, deliverables and other project documentation as needed - Builds confidence and trust with customers - Displays effective analytical skills Leadership Skills: - Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual tracks - Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues
He / She should be capable to recommend and implement an effective solution to standardize its enterprise business software to improve quality of data, reduce customizations and integrations and decrease cycle times
He / She should provide functional training to Key Users in client end
Extend support to key users during end user training
He / She should Prepare effort estimates for customizations and reports with help from technical team
He / She should assist/prepare complete unit and system testing to ensure system changes meet business requirements
He / She should able to support post-implementation
He / She should have ability to work with onsite/offshore team -
