Position:Voice Analyst
Location:Winston-Salem, NC
Duration:3+ months

Technical Degree – Voice preferred -Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to interact positively with peers, managers, customers, and service providers. - Must be self-directed with independent problem-solving ability and basic documentation skills. - Previous experience in customer support, voice operations, Avaya PBX and Avaya VoIP administration, or another related area. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience with configuration and troubleshooting Avaya VoIP systems - Minimum of 5 years’ experience troubleshooting voice and circuits (SIP, PRIs, Trunks)
