Administrative Manager




The Administrative Manager directly supervises the assignments, performance, and productivity of administrative staff. Assists senior pharmacy leaders with the day-to-day business operations of the department. Provides administrative support to the Chief Pharmaceutical Officer and Directors. Participates in quality improvement

measures and ensures the adherence to departmental, institutional and regulatory body policies, procedures, practices and laws. Maintains and continually develops professional competencies by actively pursuing educational and training opportunities for career and professional development.

Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in business administration or related area
Three (3) years of experience in the management of day-to-day business operations including financial/budgetary processing required, preferably within a healthcare setting

Some direct supervisory experience is also required
