Job Description :
Ownership on identify right resources for open requirements through multiple sources like Linkedin, Social media, Job site and working with vendor partners
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Combination of both HR and agency recruitment a plus
Knowledge of all laws relevant to the recruitment, hiring and employment process
History in finding top candidates through creative sourcing, Internet research and networking
Experience developing and monitoring metrics to measure results
Strong marketing and interpersonal skill
Driven, proactive, self-motivated
Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop trusting relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion
Effectively balances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines
Demonstrated history of working well independently and as part of a team
Align hiring results to the Open Requirement Closure goal, expected to share at least 5-8 profiles daily for each open requirement
Proactively talk with Clients and understand their resource demand and plan the recruitment process
Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation
Work closely with Hiring Managers and Account team to evolve capabilities to support emerging
open requirements
