Job Description :
10+ years of IT experience implementing enterprise-wide solutions in:
o Multi-national practices and technologies
o Relating to CRM/digital sales and/or enterprise transactional eCommerce
Be a subject matter expert (SME) in CRM related platforms and frameworks and have a solid track record of execution and delivering results
Experience with both custom developed solutions and the Salesforce.com platform (sales & service cloud)
Experience using Agile Project Management Methodologies, PMP and/or SCRUM Master
PMP Certification
Technology oversight SME in Digital Sales, Customer Service, eBusiness, and/or Digital. Hands-on Business Analysis and group facilitation. Highly organized program leader with solid project management understanding and experience.
Excellent verbal/written communication
Able to build relationships and communicate effectively to executive management and offshore developers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to drive strategic initiatives through large, diverse organizations
Strategic forward thinking & excellent presentation skills
Strong ability to influence others outside their direct area of control and is seen as a team player
Strong understanding of industry and technology benchmarking
Strong understanding of SOA / web services, mobile, and multi-channel digital commerce
Ability to review Site Analytics and Business Models to gain strategic insights and develop recommendations to optimize Customer Experience and Generate Demand.
Must be able to occasionally travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications
Bachelor’s degree or higher
