Description:
Provides value-added business monitoring of the Ship from Store application and Voice of Customer (VOC) tools for the Omnichannel and Digital Guest Experience teams.
The Seasonal Administrators focusing on Ship from Store will be responsible for reviewing order flows and reporting to ensure execution of our corporate Guest Service mission.
When not actively working with the Ship from Store application, the Seasonal Administrator will assist the Omnichannel Administrators in the coordination and execution of initiatives as well as working on communications needed for the field.

Requirements:
2-5 years retail or related experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills including ability to work in a cross functional environment.
Strong oral/written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects with varying deadlines.
