Job Title:
Oracle Procurement Cloud/Fusion Functional Consultant

Houston, Texas

Positions: 1, Duration: 6 Months+

Purpose of the postion:

As the onsite Functional Consultant the person is responsible to gather customer requirements, configure Procurement Cloud environment and conduct Conference Room Pilots

Responsibilities and duties:

· Should have experience in implementation of Procurement Cloud (Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier portal)
· Should have fair understanding of Common configurations and concepts around dependent financial configurations in Payables and General ledger
· Gathering and documenting user requirements
· Solution requirements by mapping them to Procurement Cloud and identify gaps if any
· Work with Project Manager on assigned tasks, as required
· Works closely with the business to determine business scenarios to demonstrate and ensure that the configurations will fully support operations in a live environment
· Work in a Global Delivery model providing relevant inputs to the offshore team and making sure team delivers various deliverables without any impact on quality and timelines
· Key deliverables
o Business Requirement and Process documentation
o Identification of business scenarios and related configurations (BR100)
o Test Plan preparation
o Support during SIT
o Assisting client team on data conversion for data mapping
Work experience and skills:


Person must have implemented Oracle Procurement Cloud (Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Contracts) - 2 or more of the above offering is must.

1> Requirements Gathering
2> Solution Design
Documentation capabilities


Good client management and communications skills

Academic and other qualifications:


MBA/B. Tech
Oracle Certified Procurement Cloud Implementation Specialist


APICS or Material Management industry experience

Excellent Communication ( verbal and written) and presentation skills
Excellent Client/ Stake Holder Management skills
Excellent grasp of system architect and able to comprehend it and convert it in design
Detail and Process Oriented Performer and Go-getter
Effectively identifies the potential risks and issues even before they could occur, and communicates the same, follows them up with various stake holders to get the closure on them.
