Required skills:

A minimum of 2 years of Source-to-Pay process and software systems exposure within a best practice environment. Required 2 Years
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. Required
Master’s Degree/J.D. Desired
Experience managing change; creating and executing communication and training plans; and comfort speaking with all audiences. Required

The primary purpose of the job is to:
Source to Pay (S2P) Change Management Specialist/Consultant

The S2P Change Management Specialist/Consultant is responsible for planning, developing and implementing effective communications for the organization’s smooth migration to a new S2P application suite (Zycus You will identify process changes and boil them down to the basic WIFM for multiple stakeholder audiences; create and customize user training materials; and make improvements in application navigation, aesthetics, and textual descriptions (e.g. info/tip/help buttons), where possible. This is a role that requires quick ramp-up and familiarity with source-to-pay terms and processes. Experience implementing S2P or Procurement/Finance ERP applications essential.
