Position: Business Analyst
Location: Creve Coeur, MO
Duration: 1 year

Interpret business requirements for implementations of Global Time Management/Capture processes for Kronos and SAP HCM. Execute all aspects of delivery, including requirements gathering, design, testing, rollout, and support. Engage with HR and IT to bring timely resolutions to meet compliance and/or new business requirements. Gather business requirements, related to system, process, data and/or reporting. Developing and executing manual and automated test scripts. Partner with HR and IT functions to resolve daily support issues and execute project deliverables. Coordinate and communicate with time specialists, and IT teams globally to support Time Management processes.

This individual must possess excellent communication skills while displaying the highest degree of integrity. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, proactive, and understand the urgency and confidentiality of the HR function. A minimum of 3 - 5 years of related work experience in IT and/or HR. Possess expertise with SAP HCM and/or Kronos system/process administration. Understanding of HR data and issues. Possess strong HR IT knowledge, including understanding of HR master data. Able to identify system solutions and communicate functional design specifications related to HR data interfaces. Ability to analyze and diagnose data interfaces between internal and external partners. Experience in creating and developing test cases. Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. Possess superior analytical skills with the ability to think through complex, multidimensional problems. Bachelors degree required in HR, IT, business or related discipline preferred.
