Our Client is hiring a SharePoint Brander for a project. This position requires a seasoned SharePoint brander, on site with the client. This is a hands on role. ie. Know masterpages, CSS, branding deployment process.
It requires the ability to communicate with constituents and understand the requirements, write the specifications including mock-ups taking HTML, CSS and “sharepointizing” the UI to SharePoint sites.
This is a hands on role. So you must know your stuff and be able to do your stuff.
Major Responsibilities:
Web development – Javascript, Angular, JQuery, Web API, bootstrap, responsive
SharePoint – , Intranet
Architectural signoffs for staff members
Gathering of business requirements
Building applications as per the specification.
Development – primarily .NET/C# and web technologies
Implementing and performing rigorous testing of the software that is developed.
Required Qualifications:
· At least 5 years of C# development with - .NET
· At least 5 years of IIS/Web development experience
o Front facing: MVC, Javascript, bootstrap, JQuery/Knockout and/or Angular.js
o Back facing: ASP.NET, Web API (JSON, REST)
· At least 5 years of development experience in an OO language.
· Strong architectural skills (design patterns, build binary dependencies, decoupling, high level of cohesion, etc
· SharePoint experience preferred – CAML, MOSS, Web parts, Form design/validation, building workflows
· Ability to clearly document and communicate objectives, requirements and designs at these different levels of abstraction.
· Strong educational background with BS in Computer Science, Engineering or related area.
