Role: Network Support Specialist
Location: Waukesha, WI
Position type: Permanent/FTE

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Minimum 2 years of network administration experience
1 year VoIP administration experience or equivalent
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, network design and implementation
Experience with MS Office, MS Windows, Mobile OS’s and MS Windows Servers
Experience with CISCO IOS and VoIP solutions a plus
Ability to problem-solve, plan strategically and multi-task
Flexibility to reprioritize workloads on a daily basis

This position is responsible for the daily maintenance and operation of the network infrastructure, WAN network, and IP Based Phone and Video conference systems.
Serve as a technical resource and network administration for the Phone and Video conference systems.
Recommends the design, implementation and configuration of network components, WAN and LAN configuration.
Provides support to communications and other service vendors for daily operations and maintains service level agreements.
Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system and business requirements and provides network support.
Follows industry best practices for network security, monitors key performance indicators to maintain optimal delivery of voice and data applications.
Collaborates with IT team and employees to resolve issues, work on new projects and other customer requests or initiatives.
Provides training and support for communications applications, video conferencing and other business applications as required.
