Job Description :
Client is looking for a professional technical trainer in the networking industry with a solid background in network engineering, security, and documentation in switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless network. The Client is also planning on enhancing the existing network management tool (SolarWinds) implementing an additional such as Client Intelligent Management Center (IMC Knowledge of network environments in government is desirable.
Knowledge of the Wireless technology such as Aruba and Cisco.
Services requested include the following:
1. Set up training labs and produce training presentations on Wide Area Network (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN), Network Security, designs and implementation.
2. Create a measurable curriculum and training schedule that fits into the network engineering team schedule.
3. Ensure our current network documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date; create documentation for new network implementations of Client and Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
4. Assist with the evaluation and participate in the implementation of network monitoring tools and reporting of system uptime.
5. Provide knowledge transfer to ISD staff to supplement the formal training efforts
