We are seeking candidates available to work in Denver, CO 80247
Required Skills:
Minimum 5+ years relevant experience.
Experience working with customers to understand requirements and creation of RFQ and RFI''s, DSRC
Working knowledge of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Large Scale IT system deployments, V2x / ADAS / Computer Vision, Connected Services / WiFi, Particular focus on DSRC/V2V/V2I/V2X system design and implementation.
Has knowledge or experience in influencing and working within standard bodies.
DSRC Experience & Traffic Management Systems
Four-year College Degree in at least one STEM major (Science; Technology; Engineering; Math) and a minimum of three (3) years of experience; or a minimum of six (6) years of customer facing, electrical, mechanical, software or systems design experience in electronics products.

Related experience must include one of the following:
ITS (Intelligent Transportation System)
V2x / ADAS / Computer Vision
Connected Services / WiFi
Large scale IT system deployments
Other automotive specific systems engineering experience

Assists with or may be responsible for designing, defining, and implementing system requirements for complex customer systems and/or preparing studies and analyzing for existing systems.
Supports work on problems of a diverse scope where analysis of data requires a review of identifiable factors.
Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Core Responsibilities:
Assists with determining customer requirements and communicate to internal teams
Develop, collect, and follow specifications related to DSRC/V2X technology and ITS systems
Understand and advise for system implementation of DSRC pilot programs
Assists with system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for electrical/ hardware/ software compatibility required by the customer for assigned subsystems.
Assists with the definition, design and integration of total system. Includes systems modeling, experimentation and data analysis, system testing.
May be responsible for subsystems of the overall design.
Responsible for system level evaluation either with system and/or subsystem elements and testing for compliance of developed/supplied systems.
Assists in creation of internal specifications, and supports negotiation with customer on system/sub-system requirements.
Assists with the technical portion of the CRA (change request authorization), and creation and maintenance of the System Definition Document.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Windows-based databases as appropriate to the position and assignment
Fully responsible for the requirements of products and systems related to DSRC and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS
Follows and participate with standard bodies and follow specification relate to DOT activities, DSRC pilot programs, and transportation systems.
Provides appropriate support and documentation, and helps maintain design and usability integrity.
