Position Description:
AD - The IT Application Development Strategy team is responsible for facilitating the AD metrics and strategy development for organization. This position has a great deal of senior management interaction and is a great foundational skill builder that will benefit in all future career aspirations in IT at Ford. You will be on a team that is privvy to all the behind the scenes operations and strategic planning of the global organization We work with senior leadership on a variety of key projects to develop and improve the AD organization. As a member on the team, you will: - Lead special projects that require in-depth understanding of process, data, and integration of systems. - Perform detailed analysis and metrics as required to propose changes and enhancements to Business Office processes and tools. - The position will also provide opportunity to lead AD activities; including running the AD Business performance review, business continuity plan, metric management and strategy research reporting to corporate IT. - Perform audits and data analysis to verify/validate solution or business process quality. - Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences including Executive Management

Experience Required:

Strong MS Excel skills including complex reports, pivot tables .
Experience with MS Access or other data analysis tools helpful .
Experience in process development, strategy and predictive analysis .
Strong problem solving and technical analysis skills . Ability to quickly learn and understand complex business and technical requirements.
Attention to details and a strong desire to learn and make a difference.
Ability to take the lead on identifying potential solution alternatives and validating solution options.
Strong commitment to quality Must be able to properly handle confidential data and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience Preferred:
Functional business knowledge of Business Operations tools (RRS, DORF, RCRI BPM, PeopleSoft, B2B) and processes.
Although the position is defined as a Business Operations and Planning, knowledge or experience in other job families is strongly suggested.
These include, but are not limited to Application Development and Testing, Business Analysis and Project Management . Self-starter who can work in ambiguous situations and drive to a solution .

Bachelor"s degree
