Description:
Client has a strong focus on performance to create shareholder value. In order to drive performance at all levels of the organization, Client has launched a project to map key financial and operational value drivers and (redefine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at each level, starting at Business Unit level.
Looking for a temporary resource to support in this project.
Lead a Workstream with one or more of our operational Businesses to map key value drivers and define KPIs.
Prepare and facilitate workshops with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Document outcomes and socialize with senior stakeholders.
Set up and populate financial model to identify key value drivers.
Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree.
3-4 years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
(Project) experience in KPI development/ review.
Superior analytical capabilities and problem solving skills.
Strong (senior) stakeholder management and communication skills.
Quantitative modelling skills.
