Position Description:
*ITI/RRS ITO Communications and Strategy (including the IT Relationship Management office)is looking for a Business Analyst to provide monthly metrics and provide communications support for IT Operations. IT RELATIONSHIP MANAGMENT OFFICE Provide PowerPoint slides to senior management. Monthly admin tasks to create slides in specific formats, meeting a specific timeline. Special projects: Interpret high level direction and partner with managers to produce special metrics and recommended solutions. ITO COMMUNICATIONS Communications Specialist in the IT Operations . Strategy and Planning group. Key responsibilities include: - Assist in the continuous development and maintenance of the departments communication and collaboration websites. - Create wide variety of communications (articles, email, posters, newsletters, etc with creativity and grammar accuracy. - Create and send key end-user communications on behalf of project and operations teams. - Develop surveys and analyze results. - Summarize website activity. - Record and edit video communications from the director and IT Operations Team. - Assist with planning and execution of organization meetings and events.

Experience Required:
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly. Ability to work directly with senior management. Work within a team. Strong focus on documenting the process and creating How To Guides. Strong focus on continuous improvement.

Experience Preferred:
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening. - Demonstrated competency in the development and delivery of corporate / department messaging. - Proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key leaders and supplier partners. - Experience in the development and delivery of executive-level communications. - Proven ability to write complete communication materials from minimal input. - Demonstrated ability to acquire business acumen and to create IT communications from a business viewpoint. - Proven ability to work with minimal direction and escalation. - Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Demonstrated strong commitment to quality. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word - Proficiency in SharePoint: intermediate to advance publishing and editing skills for the creation and editing of sites, web parts, wikis, lists, surveys, discussions, etc. - Proven ability to learn new technology and apply to communications. - Experience in photo editing and video creation. - Experience in Knowledge Management / Media Organization: archiving communication content for ease of access / searching. Experience Preferred: - Experience in an IT organization or equivalent general knowledge of IT operations. This is a non-technical writer position. None
