Job Description :

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Create and maintain the information architecture
Produce high quality API documentation, developer guides, release notes and other types of technical documentation, applicable for their intended audiences
Convert new and existing QA test plans/cases into easy-to-understand QA Scripts that target both technical and non-technical people alike
Help draft copy for the user interface and online help

Excellent written and oral skills in English
Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and architectures, and communicate them via detailed documentation in text and diagrams
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and QA test planning
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
Previous work experience as a QA and/or Software Development Engineer is highly desired
Personal or professional experience with Robo-Advising/FinTech Products is highly desired
