Location : Playmouth,NH
Looking for a BA who has experience with SharePoint 2010/2013. The candidate can also have experience with SharePoint 2003/2007 along with the necessary SQL knowledge.
2. The BA will be working mainly on SharePoint migration projects where the sites, content etc. is being migrated from SharePoint 2010 to 2013.
3. The BA should have functional knowledge on Infopath Forms, Workflows, Custom Design within SharePoint etc.
4. The BA should also will be working with Business Partners located in different regions like EU, APAC etc.

Additional Responsibilities:
Preparing the Business Specifications Document (BSD) & Business Requirement Document (BRD) with interacting Client & End users.
Reviewed business requirement document (BRD) and participated with the Business Analyst and developer''s to understand the Scope.
Migrating the SharePoint sites from 2010 to 2013, working on site collections and taxanomy
Working on creating the Use Cases and reviewing the Test cases
Using UML to analyze, design, and implement software-based systems, along with other business processes.
Gathering business requirements, perform gap analysis, write business and functional specification documents, assist developers with development, assist QA, and facilitate UAT
Lead workgroup sessions with business managers to gain final approval on business requirements and solution documents.
Facilitate review meetings to ensure that the project is implemented within the specifications of the contract
Validate technical designs created by IT developers against functional requirements.
Monitor and communicate project status to Stakeholders and higher management.
Assist the QA team in reviewing test cases, test plans and tested the final application for usability testing to verify whether all the user requirements were catered to by the application.
Adept at assessing risk, analysis for test coverage, defining risk-based test strategies, and leading integration efforts across agile product teams.
Experienced with and solid understanding of Requirements Traceability Matrix and with requirements gathering and management.
Conducted hands on automation, test planning, offshore team leadership, quality engineering background in an iterative development environment.
Handled complex or ambiguous quality assurance issues and works with internal IT staff to determine resolutions
Drafted and revises complex testing documentation (including plans, conditions, and scripts
Executed advanced tests according to established plans and scripts, documents problems in an issue log, and retests software corrections to ensure problems are resolved.
Planned and scheduled user acceptance and alpha and beta testing schedules
Created test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow
Identified, recommended and implemented changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies
Performed functional testing on different modules of the application by executing the test cases.

Job Responsibilities:
Drives the requirements management process across the software development lifecycle
Evaluates simple and complex business requirements; performs process analysis of customer activities to determine alternative business solutions or process improvement opportunities.
Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of complex business requirements
Resolves ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements. Proactively identify issues concerning technical limitations and key product requirements.
Develops business client testing strategies, plans cases and conditions; tests and monitors testing efforts; reviews and approves new system behavior to ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives
Coordinates upgrades and rollouts across multiple business units and regions including specific duties related to training of end users
Engages and partners with 3rd party vendors, internal development, and other parties as needed
Leads problem resolution as needed to ensure that internal and external customers receive prompt, efficient service in accordance with company policies
Performs related duties as assigned or requested
Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent experience. Generally 5+ years of professional experience
Must have participated in JAD sessions or similar requirements gathering processes and delivered BA artifacts
Familiar with analysis models and artifacts at least a subset of the following: Role Based Matrix, Glossary, Context Diagram, Sequence Diagrams, Business Rules, Decision Tables, Process Maps, Use Cases, and Activity Diagrams
Must be familiar with process analysis, process decomposition and elementary business process (EBP) definition
Sound knowledge of SharePoint fundamentals and technical concepts (including site creation, document libraries, security access, integrated content, web parts etc
Background with UX design would be a plus
Must be able to work as a team with other business analysts, business team members and technical team. Candidates must have work experience in dealing with senior members of the business units that require excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint expertise
In-depth knowledge of business operations, objectives and strategies; in-depth understanding of global business and technology trends preferably in the insurance and financial services industry.
Highly developed negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills. Highly developed oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
