Job Description :
End-to-end / full life cycle project management experience required.
IT project management ownership of multiple initiatives in support of modernizing the company''s Customer Contact/Call Centers.
Business-side integration and/or ownership where needed.
Projects can be infrastructure, software, vendor-product installation, or workflow & process improvement.
Understanding and use of Change Management.
Build-out of project execution frameworks within existing portfolio structure.
Methodologies include Waterfall with possible Agile for future projects.
Aggressive management of Risks/Issues.
