Directs and coordinates bidding, negotiation, and project execution activities of several disciplines on engineer, procure, construct (EPC) pipeline projects of moderate to large scope or a combination of smaller EPC projects.
Ability to lead and manage third party engineering.
Experience with engineering, procurement and construction of steel and poly pipelines.
Experience with engineering, procurement and construction of Oil and Gas facilities.
Preferable Cryo plant engineering experience.
Deep understanding of pipeline easement acquisitions.
Ability to layout natural gas and liquid gathering and transmission systems.
Understand gathering and transmission natural gas and liquids hydraulic modeling.
Ability to develop front end engineering, design, scope, and project AFE’s.
Implement and manage project schedules in Microsoft Project.
Understanding of natural gas compression and ability to execute field compressor layout.
Communicate and effectively lead and direct construction teams through completion.
Responsible for negotiating with third party operators on behalf of Asset Risk Management.
Ability to review, understand and interpret engineering drawings, alignment sheets, survey data.
Have an understanding of industry codes such as ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, 49 CFR Parts 192 and 195.
Create and Maintain pipeline network hydraulic model.
Responsible for Pipeline Engineering Management including: cost estimates, material, requisitioning, construction management, pipeline ROW Acquisition, and survey management.
Well connect field pipeline feasibility and generate cost estimates.
Well Connect Executed Management.
Execute PSM Management
Manages Preventive Maintenance Coordinator, MOC Coordinator, and Daily Field Operations Support.
Possess and in-depth knowledge of UT / QC Management.

7-10 years of work experience working in an Engineering discipline; specifically Midstream and Cryogenic plants.
