Technical Support Specialist


This person will support Client in their O365, Exchange, Active Directory and SharePoint environment. Their Service Delivery team is responsible for supporting users with O365 network, Email and SharePoint problems (I.E O365 ProPlus suite installation on the Desktop, Resolve O365 configuration issue They will also work with the Information Security Office responsible for designing and improving DBHDD onboarding/off boarding and access control process. Other duties will include providing support to the Software Application Support Team, and desktop support team.

Required Experience:

Microsoft Active Directory
Desk Top support
Network Naming Resolution Services (DNS and WINS)
Implementation of Enterprise DHCP services
IP address (sub-netting and super-netting, DHCP, etc
Various Network Technologies (LAN, WAN, wireless, etc
Secured Remote Access Connectivity
Centralized Data Backup
One or more of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2003 or newer), Network+ Certification , A+ Certification; Advanced Microsoft Certification(s)
Experience with Windows 7 and 10
