Job Description
Taleo Administrator responsible for supporting the maintenance and enhancement of the Applicant Tracking System. In addition, you will assist in system assessment, configuration, testing, auditing, ensuring integrity of processes and data and developing custom reports and dashboards. The incumbent will also be responsible for researching and resolving system issues.

Job Specific Responsibilities
-Review, enter, update, maintain and modify the system including screens, forms, offer letters, etc.
-Assist with all Taleo implementations and upgrades, testing and documentation.
-Maintain and analyze work flow processes, diagrams, charts and training materials for process improvement.
-Communicate and escalate systems issues/errors and communicate resolutions.
-Provide support to all Taleo users. Audit the data integrity regularly.
-Design, develop, modify, run and implement Taleo reports and dashboards and analyze and provide analysis summary.
-Drive high data quality and continuous data clean up and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements
-BA/BS - Bachelors Degree Required
-Five to eight years related experience required.
-5+ years of hands-on experience working with Taleo in a system administrator capacity.
-Strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of problems with the ability to document effectively escalate appropriately and resolve issues in a timely manner.
-Highly detailed-oriented and results-driven. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-HR experience highly preferred
