Role: CHM Functional requirement
Location – Portland, OR or Folsom, CA

Position Summary:
An experienced systems analyst with strong understanding of channel management processes (resale model) with in-depth knowledge of SAP CRM (Hi-tech Channel Management module
Day to day responsibilities will include the following:
Analyze and understand existing business processes
Contribute and drive the project deliverables of requirements, solution design, functional specifications, test plans, cutover plans, etc
Facilitate testing of IT solutions including planning, defect tracking and reporting, and business owner sign-offs
Partner with stakeholders for end user training and overall change management
Provide day to day production support for Channel Management processes
Market general IT capabilities for increased adoption of chosen technologies and help drive employee productivity
7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CHM
At least one end-to-end implementation of SAP CHM processes
Strong background and understanding of business process configuration using SAP CHM
Ability to apply conceptual knowledge of SAP CHM and technology to adopt, understand and optimize relevant business processes
Ability to quickly establish credibility and foster collaborative relationships throughout the business is necessary
Strong Project Management skills and leadership abilities are required
Excellent written and oral communication, inter-personal, presentation and team skills
Exceptional ability to elicit requirements and translate them into an effective design
Experience in data modeling and familiarity with analytical tools (BOBJ, BW HANA) will be a plus
In-depth knowledge of calculated inventory and DPA claim processing will be a plus
