Duration: 3-6 Months

Manage the web analytics implementation and key metric and KPI reporting; develop and deliver both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for leadership
Plan and execute strategy for targeting website visitors with appropriate content and offers
Implement, administer and support Tag Management System
Audit and troubleshoot existing implementation and/or data discrepancies
Analyze web data to monitor website performance (i.e. member experience, fall out points, member demographics & trends, etc and discover under-performing areas of the website
Develop and execute A/B and MVT tests on the site in conjunction with the product managers and developers using our testing tool and by leveraging the support of our vendor consultant
Work with IT and site managers to review and test analytics tool tagging for site changes, new site features, and initiatives to ensure data quality
Collaborate with internal and external partners for questions, support, and training
Develop recommendations to improve online/mobile funnel conversion and customer engagement including creation of a testing plan and post-test analysis with internal sponsors and stakeholders
Participate in workgroups as assigned, providing analytics data and insights to inform initiatives
Quickly identify causes and solutions to issues or unexpected results as identified in reporting
Engage with business units and stakeholders to define scope of effort, work deliverables, and project plans and help resolve/escalate issues as needed to successfully deliver project(s)
Create and publish project documents (BRD’s, Report layout, Data and process flows, ‘how to’ guides) to all stakeholders.

Essential Skills

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating third-party software solutions (Omniture, Google Analytics, etc
Minimum 3 years’ experience with web analytics, tag management, and A/B and MVT testing and personalization
Strong understanding of web instrumentation (tagging) and implementation using tag management tools (Tealium, Ensighten, Adobe DTM
Familiarity with HTML, DOM Manipulation, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, SEM, performance optimization, etc.
Experience with AJAX and other single page architectures
Strong skill in creating effective performance dashboards and regularly reporting on key metrics to leadership
