Position : Lync/Skype for business
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Duration : Fulltime

Primary Skills (mandatory) – Lync/Skype For Business (On-Premise) administration, configuration, upgrades monitoring and troubleshoot. Experience in SfB with full Voice and Video integration is highly desired.

Secondary Skills (Mandatory) – Office 365 / Exchange 2010/2013/Online system administration, configuration, monitoring and troubleshoot.
Design and configure the High Availability environment and performing failover testing periodically.
Experience with Office 365, preferably in the context of hybrid deployment with Lync on-prem and Exchange Online.

Good Proficiency in System Fault Tolerance Design, Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning
Responsible for backup and recovery of Office 365 messaging and collaboration services.
Support and resolve End User issues.
Maintain knowledge articles, process and procedures.
Patch and upgrade the Collaboration applications on servers and maintain the software to the levels specified by the OEMs.

Monitor capacity & utilization of the Collaboration environment and provide regular updates.
Support the Service Desk service calls and provisioning requests from End Users.
Perform administrative operational activities for Managing Directory Services, users functions, shared mailboxes, meeting rooms lists, distributed lists, SMTP service for mail routing interfaces, Symantec cloud filtering and e-mail filtering gateway.
Problems related to Office 365.
Implement and ensure adherence of security guidelines for office 365.
Coordinate with Product vendor Microsoft for Incident and Problem resolution.

Technical / professional qualifications:
Any Degree
MCSA, MCSE (current release), MCTS or MCITP Exchange and Lync
ITIL V2 / V3 Foundation Certif
