Serve as system administrator of Clarity PPM system.
Maintain the Clarity system site.
Customize the Clarity tool as necessary.
Troubleshoots system problems and implement bug fixes as necessary.
Provide helpdesk support for users of the system.
Develop reports and dashboards as requested for IT project review meetings.
Interviews customers and different stakeholders to elicit requirements
Analyzes customer requirements and translates them into system requirements.
Documents fine grain system requirements and tracks requirements to implementation.
Manage the SharePoint site by working with the community to develop different collaboration sites
Manages the CA PPM suite by working with stakeholders to develop the requirements and establish technical documentations
Capture business process documentations by working closely with different stakeholders
Develop rich excel workbook frameworks to manage budgets and other financial related activities
Document gaps and opportunities for improvement

Supplemental Duties • Experience with CA Technologies Clarity tool
Experience in CA PPM Configuration, CA PPM Data Model, CA PPM Portlet, and CA PPM Reporting
Experience with developing customized and rich reports using JasperSoft and Microsoft BI
Experience developing Marcos and Microsoft VBAs
Experience gathering requirements through interviews
Experience with business process modeling using BPMN suite
Experience with ISO documentations and standards
Experience with managing SharePoint site
Experience collaborating with stakeholders and customers
Experience and expertise in Senior Management Consulting in a QA environment
Experience with Transportation industry to develop quality metrics and measures around operation management and financial performance
Perform high caliber qualitative and quantitative analyses.
Ability to meet the requirements of the deliverables listed above
Ability to interview and engage with executive level clients to discuss major issues and develop options and alternatives that can be leveraged to address key challenges.
Ability to assess and analyze trends and facts about issues by applying fact based analysis
Ability to discuss findings and recommendations with key executive leadership
