Develop Project Management Plans and tasks for CA Service Desk ,CA IT Asset Management, CA Spectrum, CA Performance Center and CA Data
Center Infrastructure Management deployments
Develop Task Plans and Project Schedules in support of WMATA
. Software upgrade initiatives
Coordinate with the Sr. Application Architects, Application Architects
and WMATA resources to gather and define requirements
Assist with build out of Critical Business Service Management for both Change Impact and Operational Impact
Work as Business Analyst and Architectural support for Maximo to CA Service Desk Migration
Provide guidance and training to less experienced CA systems and tools administrators.

Specialized Experience • Understanding of IT Business Service Management
Experience working with and as a Technical Analyst with CA Spectrum, CA eHealth,CA Performance Center,CA Service Desk, CA DCIM and CA
Familiarity with CA Jasper for report generation
Experience with Software Toolbox Top Server and Data Logger a plus
Through understanding of the SNMP; 010 definitions and Traps
Familiarity with Oracle database tables a plus
Expertise with scripting;specifically Perl script
Attention to detail is a must•
