Job Description :
US Tech Solutions is seeking a “Junior Support Analyst” for a 06 Months Contract position with a client in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities:
Monitoring, Trouble shooting and supporting the day to day activities, including target days.
Adherence to documented procedural standards.
Necessary actions to resolve production incidents and supports according to our SLA, i.e.:
- Establish accurate and on time communication to users during incident
- Fill correctly Support/Incident tickets in Jira providing root cause, etc.
Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the Analyst, in a timely manner.
Have a strong Customer Focus in order to provide a professional support service internal cliental.
Flexible approach to working hours to meet the demands of the team. Will be required to work shift work.
To assist with the streamlining of the support area i.e. suggesting where procedures can be improved without the introduction of risk.
Maintain Knowledge base and share experience with support team members.
Write incident report that summarizes the way the incident has been solved, why it occurred and what can be put in place to avoid recurrence
Use business and application knowledge to investigate issues raised and assist in the production of Incident reports, which form part of the shift handover.
Ensure daily communication & transition with Luxembourg Team Management.
Work in international context with different cultures Incident Management

Requirements:
3 years of experience
Graduate in Computer Science, no IT experience requested.
Technical competency in the following:
- Sound knowledge in SQL Queries (Oracle preferred)
- Prior experience of working in UNIX environments, and Shell scripting
Inclination to understand and learn application/business functionality
Fast learner
Team player
Ability to work in tight deadlines.
Flexible to work in shifts (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST) and extended hours if required

Note: 12pm-9pm, 5 days a week (rotation on Sunday/Friday)
