Requisition Details:
Work as a project manager to ensure all deliverables and milestones are completed in accordance to timeline.
Review, testing and upgrade of the PeopleSoft HRIS system by collaborating with functional and technical staff (e.g., payroll, benefits, IT, recruiting
Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll
Plan and coordinate project activities across business units, including project team meetings and related communications.
Work with department and functional leads to create comprehensive project timelines and project structures.
Facilitate discussions to drive decision making and move projects toward completion.
Apply organizational knowledge to anticipate issues and mitigate adverse scheduling impacts on other business units and/or project timelines.
Monitor project statuses to identify issues and how these issues may affect workflow across business units.
Develop workflows, document system configuration and create training materials and sessions for end users.
Issue regular status reports to project team members and stakeholders.
3 - 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably managing HRIS projects/ PeopleSoft Upgrade.
Demonstrated ability to work in teams to solve business problems.
Good working knowledge of MS Office Tools.

Experience Skills:
3 years of hands-on experience in HR, Payroll, IT, or PMO business functions.
Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft HRIS systems implementation or upgrade.
