Position Profile

The SAP ERPAnalyst is a SAP Support specialist role . The ERP Analyst is a functional specialist in an SAP core area (SD, MM, WHL, PP, QM. FICO, CS In addition to taking up SAP support and deployment responsibilities for the Global Support team, the SAP ERP Analyst is also responsible for coordination, execution and delivery quality of modular activities across multiple sites.

Coordinating with a team of internal functional specialists as well as consultants, the SAP ERP Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the deliverables of the workstream are performed completely and with the right level of quality, as well as ensuring that the workstream integrates and coordinates with other workstreams in the delivery of Support activities. The SAP ERP Analyst will need to work with internal and/or external resources to manage the issue/changes and/or gaps arising at each site and will interface with the Business Process Owners and Business Module Leads as well as the Implementation team, as needed.


Execution and delivery of workstream activities for Support across multiple sites. Ensure that workstream activities are progressing according to plan, and ensure delays and issues are identified, escalated if needed and mitigating actions taken.
Analyse and resolve issues, tasks, changes, enhancements and/or gaps as needed within the established guidelines.  Follow all global standards for functional specifications, testing, communication, training, transportation and release. 
Able to work effectively within the established ticket management system, keeping tickets up to date, communicating with management, users and key users.  Working towards established service level targets with the business.
Responsible for execution and drive of quality of work within the workstream.
Coordinate within workstream on issues from sites. Ensure that issues are appropriately documented, approved and proper escalations and review is carried out.
Must work closely and coordinate and collaborate within own workstream and others for issues, changes and gaps that span multiple workstreams.
Function as a support specialist carrying out issue, change and gap work, testing, training, data migration support/updates and other activities required for ongoing support and deployment (if needed/assigned
Able to effectively communicate with key users and users, developers, Business Process owners and business module leads regarding issue, change work, gap work, testing, training, data updates and data migration.

5+ years of SAP experience including multiple cycles of SAP implementation.
Experience with coordinating with multiple internal staff and consultants concurrently in multi-site environment.
Support experience in a template environment including coordination and alignment with multiple stakeholders.
Experience acting as an internal change agent for business/IT.
SAP configuration capability in workstream required.
Strong analytical ability, process oriented and ability to manage complexity.
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English Required
Strong personal initiative, drive, motivated to learn and strong accountability
Limited travel.  Able to travel as needed 20%  is preferred.  Travel to foreign countries is possible.
Candidate Profile (M= Mandatory; P= Preferred)

P= You have a university degree

M=You have at least 5+ combined years SAP MM and WM customizing experience

P=  the customizing experience took place in a manufacturing environment and

you are familiar with intercompany flows and various drop-shipment


P= Knowledge of QM/VC/PP/SD business processes is considered a plus

M= Experience with LSMW, EDI, IDOCS is required
