Skill : IAM Consultant
Duration : 6 Months Contract
Location : Cherry Hill, NJ/Rockville, MD/Princeton

Primary roles and responsibilities

Have good attention to detail and improve existing documentation
Process oriented and interest in continuously improving
Vigilant toward maintenance and troubleshooting existing applications
Monitor and debug issues in day to day activities as well as during performance testing periods
Proactively investigate logs and systems to improve system upgrade
Able to communicate with other teams and maintain a comfortable and conducive work environment.
Have comprehensive knowledge and skills to resolve IAM issues as needed / overcome hurdles
Keep abreast of HRS standards, technologies or methodologies
Incorporate solid monitoring tools and alerts to prevent production down time
Review existing documentation for accuracy and quality
Help application and implementation teams in coordinating tasks, releases, testing and closure of IAM activities.
Execution and follow up on IAM health checks and Monitoring
Review and accept Change Tasks and Incident Tickets for access management
LDAP security account management
Support Implementation team on Release management as needed.
Monitor automated SPS, IDM, CLO application restart and alerts for any issues.
Process improvement on SPS, Siteminder, IDM, LDAP, and Corelogon
Automate and scripting improvements as needed
Work closely with application, DBA, Web Admin and IT Teams
Participation in misc. planning, trouble-shooting and status meetings
Creation and maintenance of client specific technical landscape and process doc’s

Specific Skills

Strong understanding of multiple products, e.g. CA SPS, PS, LDAP, IDM, SSO
Have working knowledge of the CA SPS/PS (Drivers, E-Directory, Entitlements, Roles and Workflow)
Working knowledge of Windows, UNIX and Linux platforms
http protocol – Request methods, Header fields, Status codes
Knowledge on tomcat, apache, IIS and iPlanet web servers would be a plus.
Websphere, Oracle databases, Web Service XML and API security
Experience with multiple java versions and scripting
o Prior web hosting experience with Windows IIS 2003 up to and including 2012
o A strong understanding of managing the Network stack and protocols such as - TCP/IP, HTTP/S, SSH, FTP & SMTP
o System experience to include but not limited to AD, DHCP, DNS, Patching and Security Hardening
o A minimum of 3-5 years direct experience with IIS versions 6.0, 7.0, 7.5, or 8
o Experience working with databases (Oracle, MS SQL) , e.g. DB connections to input and or pull data for sites
