Position: Sharepoint Admin

Location: Moline, IL

Type : Full Time

· Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience in IT

At least 7 years working as Sharepoint administration

o System Integration and Architecture knowledge of a distributed environment

o Good knowledge on SharePoint technology and good with networking and load balancing concepts and implementing those in current environment.

o Should be versed with IP Pooling, WIP and VIP configuration. Windows, Unix administration, Design and implementation.

o Plan out the entire environment from server and network layout to how services are going to be load balanced, and work to flush out a proper governance plan

o Day to day administration existing environments, including maintenance, on-call support, monitoring and performance-optimization activities.

o Work closely with various IT groups to ensure the strategy and architecture aligns to corporate goals and objectives.

o Effectively communicate complex concepts and information to senior management.

o Create and evolve best practices, standards and guidelines for the architecting, management, and utilization of solutions.

o Assist in evaluation of solutions, including custom and 3rd party applications.

o Planning the architecture to ensure optimal performance based on needs

o Must know SharePoint 2010 and 2013 and be able to develop plan to migrate from SharePoint 2010 to 2013

o Responsible for managing all aspects of the SharePoint platform as a service• Analytical and Communication skills

o Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
