Role : Program Manager - Network Architect.

Location: Ada, Oklahama

Rate: 90 -115K USD max.

Full time.


15-17years of experience in delivery & operations management; well versed
with program management especially in IMS space.
Should be very strong in Datacenter operations

Should have a strong experienceon LAN/WAN, Data,Wi-fi, security and Voice
Network . (Network architect profile - Data / Voice)
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
using appropriate verification techniques

Excellent organizational & time management skills
Develop and showcase continuous Service Improvement Initiatives
Ability to successfully build and manage high performing teams

Experience with managing by metrics
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-
tasking skills.

PMP/ PRINCE 2 Certification is a plus. Should have hands-on experience on
MS Project tool suite.
Should be strong team player and not an IC.

Good knowledge on finance is also a plus
Strong experience in building new business / initiatives / leads

Should help account management team and sales team in building business
Account mining activities should be in the DNA


Solid technical background with understanding or hands on experience in
Networking , DC and handling escalations
Required working knowledge of Network, Voice , Data, Wifi , Security , DC

Resource should be from a background of solid L4+ level category (Design,
Consultation profile)
Support change management strategy

Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
Coordinate with internal resources, third party/ vendors for the flawless
execution of projects.

Communicate with the client and make sure that no communication gaps
arises between the client and the team
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of
operations & Project Engineering activities

Analyzes the client''s business, draw conclusions, prepares final reports
and gives presentations.
Very good knowledge on ITIL

Providing guidance from a technical part and motivating the team to
achieve delivery excellence
Manage to key performance indicators (KPIs) and encourage continuous
improvement to meet and exceed goals.

Determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
Customer Delight
Flexible in timings. Very important to tackle India hours and US hours.
Travelling between CN casinos location should be acceptable.

Successfully manage the relationship with client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Should be Pro-active; helpful in providing value adds to the client as
well as the organization

Should be top on of risk and issue registers
Should work in building new business / initiatives / leads
Should help account management team and sales team in building business
Account mining activities should be in the DNA

Drive service fanatic culture
Dream delivery should be taken with at most importance to be the key
differentiator among the vendors.

Automation & resource optimization is the key KRA
Work in tandem with IMS, Vertical, account management, competency.
Should actively participate in organization initiatives and will be
additional KRA.

Should be working with QMG, SWAT, CIM, RAISE IT etc. are must.
Will have responsibility of time & billing, invoicing track etc.
Should be responsible for any additional CR.

Manage CSAT
Best practices from industry and from other projects within IMS should be
followed and implemented resulting "Happy Customers"

Should have a very good hold of both onshore & offshore teams in daily/
weekly meetings and should measure the pulse of the team
Should be a key enabler in contributing to the Gross margin (People/
Technology/ Automation etc)

Willingness to be a change catalyst and enabling the team also to follow
it as per the organizational requirements
