Solid knowledge of Voice over IP SIP Protocol
Microsoft Lync & Skype for Business Enterprise Voice over IP.
Demonstrated Lync Enterprise Voice Implementation Experience
Lync/Skype Enterprise Voice Migration/Upgrade Experience Lync/Skype for Business Support and Engineering Experience
Powershell Scripting Experience
Active Directory Maintenance & Development
Microsoft Server Monitoring & Performance Experience

Required skills/competencies:

Experience with Skype for Business, Cisco Network Routers Switches
Experience with implementation and operation of virtual infrastructures.
Experience with SIP Trunking and telephony concepts
Functional knowledge of core networking concepts
Functional knowledge of SQL databases
Regimented change and release management methodology.
Experience with current best practices in IT standards, principles, and security practices
Excellent technical documentation skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
Strong background in Gateways: AudioCodes
Polycom Unified Communications Products Video/Voice

Preferred education/experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline
MCSE: Communications
MCSE: Messaging
3 years of experience administering unified communications
5 years of IT experience
Working knowledge of : Word, Outlook, Power Point, Visio
Experience with Skype On Line, O365, and Azure a plus
