Technical support services on products\platforms pertaining to cloud based Network management System (NetAct), Real-time subscriber level Network Analytics(Traffica) and Self-Organizing Network (EdenNet

The candidate should be an Engineer with more than 3years of Telecom experience be a good Team player , continuous learner and individual contributor with following key technical skills:

1. Conversant with Operation and Maintenance center(OA&M) concepts of NMS, Network Analytics and SON systems (preferably on the above mentioned products
2. Expertise in RedHat Enterprise Linux OS and conversant in Oracle and Cisco IOS. Certification in NetAct-8 and /or RedHat Linux , Cisco IOS preferred.
3. Prior experience of providing 24X7 technical support services and handling emergency support is mandatory and be the first point of contact for user community in supporting the user and permission management of the NetAct product. Prior experience in troubleshooting Network/OSS issues are mandatory.
4. Prior experience of Creation & implementation of MOPS to administer OA&M systems is must(preferred on platform/products NetAct, Traffica and Eden-Net)
5. Prior experience in Integration of Network element with OA&M system preferred.
6. Troubleshoot most of the customer issues on network/OSS independently while seeking rare intervention from next level technical support. However co-ordinate with technical support team for trouble ticket resolution.
7. The candidate must work during non-prime time hours (5 pm to 8 am local time)with minimum supervision and should manage the pressure diligently the customer queries and interactions.
8. Prior experience on proactive participation in software upgrade, Maintain systems to proper hardware and firmware levels, monitoring of the OA&M system and communication/escalation of detected issues timely to key stakeholders is the desired skill.
9. Hands-on Knowledge on TOAD/PL-SQL is desirable along with scripting knowledge like python, perl.
10. Prior experience in workshops involving OSS surgery is desirable to proactively address customer concerns and improve the customer experience.
11. Prior knowledge and experience in eTOM-level3 OSS activities especially in Service Provisioning, Activation, Fulfillment and Assurance is desirable.
12. Prior experience of proactive Capacity planning and Trend Management, Site Management, Commissioning, Plan & Build of Network is desirable.
