Job Description :
Supporting and developing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes at 3M that are supported within the SAP Solution Manager environment. This may include areas such as Business Process Monitoring, Technical/Job Monitoring, Change Request Management, Solution Documentation, Operations Control Center, Custom Code Management, and Test Management.

Primary Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Perform configuration analysis across SAP Solution Manager Application Life Cycle Management processes and applications. Please see ALM areas listed above.
Provide functional knowledge for the applications supported by company''s Quality Services organization and associated Application Lifecycle Management processes
Ability to resolve complex business requirements via SAP configured solutions
Work closely with the Technology teams to develop new functionality and provide functional and technology support on SAP Application Life Cycle Management processes.
Accountable for end to end resolution of incidents; track and monitor incidents throughout the lifecycle
Ability to identify SAP notes and work system changes through the Change Management process.
Work with Business and Technical Analysts to define requirements and translate them to functional specifications,
Collaborates as needed with other SAP support team members on configuration design questions and analysis
Facilitates interactions and escalations with appropriate groups (e.g. company SAP Solution teams, Global Infrastructure, Service Management, etc
Meet or exceed established SAP Support Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes
Ability to stays current on latest SAP technical developments within the Application Lifecycle Management space.
