Description:
Looking for a dynamic, organized administrative professional to perform a variety of complex administrative support activities.
Managing calendars and scheduling meetings. Making travel arrangements & preparing expense reports as requested.
Managing departmental administrative files. Ordering office supplies. Preparation for key meetings, e.g. board materials printing, binder assembly and distribution.
Coordinating mailings and courier/deliveries. Mail and email inbox management and responses. Funding request decline correspondence (letters or emails
Weekly donation and expense payment processing. Managing the administrative aspects of relationships with outside experts and vendors.
Supporting project teams, including: staff community engagement, social media, Legislator visits, and Patient Assistance websites, navigating internal approval processes (with Legal and Regulatory), and performing data compilations for fact sheets.
Performing other administrative duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:
Associate’s degree and 2 years of Administrative experience OR High school diploma/GED and 4 years of Administrative experience.
Helpful, conscientious, can-do attitude with a solution-oriented approach.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in communicating key business information.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
