Drupal Developer
Denver, CO
Long term Contract

Client: Department of the Interior

Contractor will be developing Drupal modules, themes, templates, and other functionality including map api, mobile apps, webservices, account management, reporting, dashboards, and other web features.
Drupal 8 or latest engineering and development
Development of OpenSource, COTs, or inhouse created modules and themes
Troubleshooting and securing php code that uses Drupal or other applications code, including php, html, java, javascript, or other web technologies.
Symfony and angular2 development within and out of Drupal
Public facing web pages using PHP to query Drupal tables
Regional editor/admin management development and engineering
Map api development (modules and custom code)
Engineering for Water Data visualization and other data webservices
Export function for Json, XML, CSV, text, and other formats
Engineering of Php or Drupal source for using external documents (pdf, doc, txt, etc)
Working with latest Oracle, MSSql, postgres, and MySql databases, including schema, indexes, stored procedures, engines, replication (master/slave), tables, datatypes, and other database functions and technologies.
Working with code repositories like CVS, GIT, GITLAB, SVN, etc.
Creation and engineering of account management, logins, single sign-on, and other user functions within and out of Drupal
Engineering and integration of COTs products using web technologies for data delivery and visualizations
Other duties as assigned for engineering and development using PHP, Drupal, scripting, html, or other web coding languages.

Drupal Development and Engineering, experience and skill requirements:
Proficient in Drupal, including custom module development, key contributed modules and core API
Drupal hands-on development experience.
Proficient in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites.
Experience integrating open source and third-party applications into existing systems.
Solid understanding of AJAX, HTML, Javascript, and CSS
Must be able to work with Drupal database schema’s
Must be able to troubleshoot and fix Drupal issues
Understanding of Drupal environment, configuration, security, and management.

General Security Knowledge, experience and skill requirements:
Must have recent experience in an enterprise production support environment
Working experience with apache httpd or other webservers, and its communications.
Must have understanding of CVE and web vulnerabilities
Must have excellent written and verbal skills
Must have understanding of intrusion, penetration testing, web site scanning, and reporting
Must have experience with middleware applications, like php, apache, websphere, jboss, tomcat, coldfusion, and wildfly
