Position Description / Description of Duties:

The Enterprise Network Manager manages the Active Components Group responsible for Network Infrastructure which includes Routers, Switches, Wireless, Virtual Private Networks, Intrusion Detection, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Video Teleconferencing, IP Telephony, Sniffers as well as other technologies.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for management towards goals.
Assist with broadening skill sets and problem solving.
Ensure engineers do not become silo''d into one technology.
Prioritize and assign projects.
Assign projects to engineers and provide timelines for completion.
Align project with specific business goals.
Attend meetings, providing technical expertise and or feasibility to accomplish a goal.
Help solve business problems and introduce technologies that may be of business benefit.
Determine Budget requirements.
Design or architect network systems required for the enterprise.
Provide support for team members when they get stumped on problems.
Select vendors who will partner with the business striving towards the same goals.
Negotiate discounts with the vendors gaining the best deal for the business.
Provide support which includes Corporate, Distribution, Retail, Online Store and CRD.
Interact with other business units to help reach the business goals defined.
Provide technical expertise to help make decisions on project feasibility.
Mentor and train team members to broaden the skill sets.
Ensure compliance of our systems and Network.

Requirements:
Bachelor''s Degree
8 to 10+ Years of experience
Senior Network Engineer with hands on experience
Engineering management experience
