Our client is an American multinational manufacturer and marketer of home appliances.
DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
Analyzing & reporting business results including actuals, outlooks, & annual profit plan
Communicate finance and accounting guidance to Regional Distribution Managers in the US & Mexico
Lead month end closing process for FDCs(Factory Distribution Center (warehouses within our supply chain network that are used to house Finished Goods after leaving the plant & RDCs including journal entries, reserve balances, account reconciliations, and expense / driver analysis, ensuring adequate financial controls
Business Case analysis for network proposals using GBIT(Global Business Investment Tool (internal tool used to evaluate supply chain network investments, EVA(Economic Value Added (a financial metric used in business case analysis IRR(a financial metric used in business case analysis
Payback to drive the right business decision for the corporation
Inventory Reporting for Finished Goods products
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Working knowledge of SAP
Strong operational finance knowledge and problem resolution skills
Outstanding communications, analytical, planning, and teamwork skills
Achievement oriented with the ability to work independently
Advanced user of MS Excel
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA a plus
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 3 years finance & accounting experience
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
Advanced user of MS Excel
Experience with SAP
Experience with Google Mail, Sheets & Slides
