Position Description:
As part of the Sales Reporting Application Management (AM) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Ford is able to report, compare to objectives, and compare to competitors North American Vehicle Sales. In this position you will be at the intersection of IT, Marketing and Sales, and Ford / Lincoln Dealerships. You will perform a combination of business analysis, business consultation, and support of applications, and system maintenance. Alongside the business teams you will ensure the batch processes are fully operational as defined in the system specifications and will collaborate closely with IT technical specialists, development teams, and server/mainframe operations to identify and resolve application issues as they arise while ensuring compliance with security and controls requirements.

Experience Required:
Datastage, Teradata (or any SQL database, Java and Autosys - Motivated and self-directed to complete tasks with minimal direction. - Performs at a high level of technical competence and maturity. - Must have experience in direct Business Support. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proactively identify process improvements that reduce support cost and effort. - Experience delivering application functionality to business customers in the Ford environment. - Experience in IT covering new development, enhancements and production support roles. - Able to adapt to a changing environment as new processes are implemented. - Works well in a diverse team environment.

Experience Preferred:
Mainframe skills, COBOL, JCL Experience performing security related duties such as ACRs and SCRP"s, etc. - Familiarity with RequestCenter, BMC ServiceDesk and SharePoint a plus. - In-depth expertise on IT applications and processes supporting select business functions. - Experience with complex, large, multi-platform solutions is a strong plus. B.S. Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent work experience in the requested field
