JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your role as an HR Project Manager is to collaborate across HR and key stakeholder to deliver multiple projects in the Talent Acquisition function that are aligned to HR Excellence - a HR transformation project. You will be required to capture requirements, outline project charters and deliver project plans. In addition, you will partner with business and process partners to validate solutions,test, and document process outcomes of the projects. This role requires the ability to apply thought leadership to projects, assess gaps if any and find solutions to bridge these gaps.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education - Bachelor''s degree in Business or HR
Experience – 3-5 years of HR Experience/Project Management Experience

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Project Management – Lead execution of projects by managing project scope, tasks, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines in accordance with the HR Excellence Project.
Solutions Focused - Proactive with a continuous improvement mindset to challenges
Communication - Strong verbal/written communication skills
Analytical - Detail oriented, with strong analytical, organizational and decision-making skills
Tolerance for Ambiguity - Confidence in the face of adversity and an ability to work through uncertainty
Multi-tasking - Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and effectively manage deadlines
Technology Skills: Be up to date in modern technologies. Have a strong understanding of Google applications including but not limited to Google. Drive, Google Form, SmartSheet etc. Have good technical knowledge and ability to quickly learn.
