Job Description :
Extensive Genesys and CTI Knowledge.

Genesys Framework 8.0 and up. Genesys Voice Platform (GVP), Including SIP Server, MCP, T Server, Interaction server, URS, ORS, Config Server

Experience in developing end to end routing workflows for Voice, Chat and Email solution using Genesys composer.

Experience in designing, developing and debugging routing solutions implemented using Genesys Orchestration Server, and URS

Experience in troubleshooting routing issues.

Experience in Genesys GVP application.

Experience on Genesys eservices/Multimedia.

Thorough understanding on integrating Genesys with Avaya, NICE, WFM solutions.

Problem solving skills.

Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and vendors.
