JOB DESCRIPTION:
As the Software Quality Assurance Lead you will provide independent verification of software products that have been developed according to pre-approved software design requirements and specifications. You will independently develop, maintain and execute test cases both manual and automated. You will discover, document and track software defects in a bug database. You will plan and implement the setup of test environments to perform functional testing of integrated software and hardware in a lab setting. You will facilitate the core project team to ensure all facets of software product testing is accomplished within project timelines. You will develop, publish, and implement test plans. You will develop quality assurance standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Five years experience with test scenarios, test cases, and requirements and design deconstruction
Knowledge of software quality engineering and testing methods at all levels (unit, integration, system, V&V, acceptance) applied within the software development lifecycle.
Experience with test automation and working knowledge of either Selenium, SeeTest, or Coded UI.
Working knowledge of Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and Microsoft Test Manager
Knowledge of database backend testing, hands-on developing complex SQL queries, UI, functional testing, Reliability, Performance, Work Flow, and use case testing.
Resource allocation and management across multiple projects and time zones
Prioritizes work to effectively align resources with business goals

Strong experience with Requirements deconstruction and scenario mapping
