Requirements

Must have experience supporting C-Level managers and executives
Must have 5 + experience supporting Windows XP Win 10
Must have experience with MS Office suite including Office 365
Must have strong active directory experience with network and exchange
Must have experience with smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices
Must have experience using SCCM
Must have experience with lotus notes
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have experience in Remote Support
Must have experience with video Conference equipment and unified communication.
Ability to explain technical procedures to non-technical people.
