ETL tasks using custom PL/SQL packages
Perform SQL Tuning sessions using OEM
Complete database development tasks
Tune Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures and functions
Work with other departments to unit test packages
Review PL/SQL packages for changes/performance/tuning improvements
Create new and review existing PL/SQL packages, procedures to support development efforts
Research production problems when necessary

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years related experience.
Advanced computer software skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead and direct multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to delegate work to subordinate or less experienced team members
Proven leadership ability.
