The Business Process Analyst/Consultant will support all functions/departments

by providing analysis and consultation on design and documentation of key

initiatives and processes that support the business activities. Additionally,

the role will be accountable for developing and maintaining a business process

strategy and implementation plan that supports the needs of the organization. With an eye on sustainability and simplification,

the role is also responsible for helping to coach the respective functional

teams on good practice within the area of business process management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to apply demonstrated business knowledge and skills to resolve complex

problems
Ability to facilitate large groups through process mapping, root cause

analysis, brainstorming, business impact assessments, gap analysis, and project

planning
Utilize best practices for implementing business process change
Deliver initiatives with operational excellence and continuous improvement
Lead efforts in business process design, implementation, and documentation that

will support the functional key processes, or new processes, and improve

existing business processes
Perform deep dive analysis in collaboration with key functional stakeholders to

recommend a solution that supports the business requirements
Document business impact assessments, workflows, and other functional

processes.
Perform a gap analysis within existing processes, policies, and/or user

experiences to ensure that all requirements are captured and documented
Provide business process leadership and expertise in order to challenge,

support, enable and improve business efficiencies and overall performance
Develop and document a sustainable solution incorporating the business

requirements into a BRD/BRS
Ensure that the BRD/BRS aligns with the technical requirements
Manage process documentation as an important part of the overall Quality

Management Systems strategy
Provide consultation for the integration of master data supporting projects
Build and strengthen process knowledge across the company
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Demonstrated expertise in business process management, process design

methodologies and techniques
Ability to thrive in a process and service orientated environment
Ability to work independently, or in a team setting, or across boundaries.
Genuine passion for developing and driving processes from inception to

completion
Must be well organized, flexible, and focused on meeting deadlines
Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment,

and assertiveness
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent

presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large

groups
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work in ross functional, diverse environment, and lead

initiatives
Strong grasp of the project life cycle methodology
Working knowledge of Process Manufacturing Processes
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS or MS degree in an appropriate field or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years managing cross functional projects
2+ years in business analysis or process improvement
CBAP, CCBA, PMI-BPA, or equivalent is a plus
Strong business process, problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to communicate clearly to broad audiences
Extensive experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Team player with positive can-do attitude
Experience or working knowledge of ERP platforms is a plus
