The CRM Analyst is responsible for supporting bebe’s omni-channel digital

marketing strategy by providing insights to inform customer segmentation,

customer communication strategies, and loyalty/ lifecycle strategies. Using

data to understand the customer journey as it unfolds through multiple touch

points, this role will assist in developing strategies to drive customer

engagement, conversion, retention and loyalty. The CRM Analyst will collaborate

with cross functional teams and vendors to provide analysis and recommendations

on thebebe.com email and direct mail programs for optimizing results.


Description:
· 4-5 years of experience with email marketing analytics and

operations, with an exceptional attention to detail
· Support day to day operations and initiatives within the Epsilon

Harmony platform: will need to understand daily operations, systems and data

related to email program
· Own end to end execution of email campaigns, including: client/list

segmentations, suppression logic and waterfalls, QA/approvals and resolution of

issues prior to launch
· Configure emails to optimize targeting and personalization
· Execute email tests geared towards optimizing our email, promotions

and personalization strategies
· Perform custom list pulls and test/control setup, through Epsilon

platform and/or SAS/SQL
· High technical aptitude and ability to work collaboratively in a

fast-paced, changing environment
· Proficient with SAS and SQL programming languages
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define individual campaign goals and

objectives and oversee projects to completion
· Ability to work cross-functionally across Analytics, Retention

Marketing, Promotions, Product and IT departments
· Troubleshoot email platform issues and provide recommendations for

process improvement
· Experience with email reporting and analysis
· Maintain and ensure high levels of data integrity within our ESP tool
· Strong project management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint


Responsibilities
Provide analysis and insight to assist development of omprehensive CRM

lifecycle contact strategy across multiple channels.
Responsible for accurate and timely reporting across the CRM database, loyalty

program, email program and direct mail for cross-functional and executive

audiences.
Develop segmentation strategies for the email channel through analysis of key

drivers for optimization of sales and retention.
Employ advanced analytics predictive modeling, trending and scoring to create

test scenarios and strategies.
Analyze promotional tactics and make recommendations for improvements.
Develop omprehensive test plan for A/B testing in email and direct mail

programs and report on results.
Monitor customer database for overall heath, hygiene, and key segment sizes.
Work closely with IT and external vendors to manage special project as well as

ensure data integrity with current and new data sources
Requires strong analytical abilities within a retail environment to drive

online sales.
