Exchange 2007 day-to-day management, configuration and maintenance experience
Experience with Outlook and Exchange troubleshooting in a complex network environment w/ multiple firewalls
Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS), and Windows Infrastructure
Experience working in an Exchange Resource Forest model
Mobile Device Management/Blackberry Enterprise Server administration
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written communication with customers is required
