Position: Technical Support
Location: Forsyth,GA
Duration: 12+ Months

Required Qualifications
==============================
Provide technical assistance to the GDC users for out of scope items not supported by the GETS contract
Provide technical assistance to the GDC users for wireless communications, to include: Iphone, Mini laptops, Tablets, etc.
Special projects - recommendations for OIT and GDC users on specific business initiatives as it relates to technology remedies
Provide support to the agency as it pertains to the GETS contract
Coordinate requests for network / email / vpn access for Central Office Staff.
Coordinate requests for hardware / software for Central Office Staff.
Knowledge of hardware and software. Windows 7, Microsoft Office.
Outlook 365 Administration
